30-day promise
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, even if the bottle has been opened. Skin takes time, and so should the decision.
How to return
Write to hello@fadly.store with your order number. We'll email a prepaid return label and instructions within one business day.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return, to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defect.
Exchanges
Prefer a different formulation? We'll ship the new product as soon as we receive your return, at no additional cost.
